Stacey Berger

Stacey Berger is executive vice president of Overland Park, Kansas-based Midland Loan Services Inc., where he is responsible for business development, marketing and sales activities.

Midland, a member of the PNC Financial Services Group (NYSE: PNC), is the leading provider of loan servicing, asset management and technology solutions for the commercial mortgage finance industry and U.S. government agencies. The company is one of the nation’s largest commercial loan servicers, with more than $266 billion in outstanding balances. As special servicer, Midland has recovered more than $15 billion on behalf of its clients since 1991. Midland maintains the industry’s highest ratings as a servicer and special servicer from Fitch Ratings and Standard & Poor’s.

Prior to joining Midland in 1991, Berger was the senior executive responsible for the real estate asset management and investment advisory services for a subsidiary of Landmark Land Company Inc. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics and an MBA from Tulane University.

Berger is the past president of the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association, (CMSA), and past vice chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA’s) Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors (COMBOG).
