GMAC Mortgage LLC (GMACM)
| Tom Donatacci is senior vice president at GMAC Mortgage LLC (GMACM), where he directs the third-party subservicing business and is responsible for the overall satisfaction of GMACM’s clients, the delivery of the company’s shareholder goals, new business and strategic objectives.
Donatacci has more than 20 years of mortgage banking experience. In 2005, he rejoined GMACM to lead the subservicing department, and subsequently launched a third-party master servicing business for GMACM in 2007. During his earlier tenure at GMACM, he helped build the company’s servicing portfolio and was instrumental in a number of high-profile deals. Prior to his first position with the company, Donatacci served for a decade as an executive with PaineWebber. Most recently, he headed the mortgage servicing transactions business at Lehman Brothers/Cohane Rafferty, where he worked on headline-making industry deals, including the sale of GE Mortgage, Fleet Mortgage, Homeside Lending and Principal Residential Mortgage.
Donatacci earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics and English from Rutgers University, and an MBA in finance from Seton Hall University.
