Mortgage Strategy Practice, CC Pace
| Bill Lehman, AMP, is CC Pace’s director in charge of the Mortgage Strategy Practice, based in Fairfax, Virginia. During his 25-year-plus tenure with CC Pace, Lehman has successfully led numerous engagements, ranging from creating the first automated underwriting system approved for subprime underwriting by Standard & Poor’s, The Ocwen Express, to assisting a startup in establishing a low-cost-to-produce operation that has allowed it to weather the current market, to assisting a mature company be more agile in its ability to respond to the market. He has particular experience in automated underwriting, risk-based pricing and future business models, and in ensuring clients get value out of strategic initiatives. Lehman has a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
