Chief Strategy Officer

| Gabe Minton, CMT, is chief strategy officer for Motivity Solutions Inc. in Denver.
Before joining Motivity Solutions, he was chief strategy officer with Mortgage Cadence Inc. in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Previous to his employment with Mortgage Cadence, he was vice president of industry technology for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and executive vice president for MISMO Inc. In his position at MBA, Minton was responsible for overseeing the association’s leadership role in the establishment of technology standards and best practices for the residential real estate finance industry through MISMO. Additionally, he worked in conjunction with, and provided support to, the MBA standardization efforts in the commercial real estate finance industry, as well as served as a staff representative to MBA’s Board of Directors Technology Steering Committee and its Residential Technology committees.
Prior to MBA, Minton was vice president of standards and alliances for Ultraprise Corporation, a business-to-business technology firm. He also has more than 15 years of experience working with and creating software systems, products and standards, including work at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory and the U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
