| Debra Shatz is a director with CC Pace’s Mortgage Consulting Practice, based in Fairfax, Virginia. She has more than 20 years’ experience working with clients from top-10 to regional lenders, Wall Street to specialty servicers. She has worked with professionals from diverse disciplines and backgrounds to enable business excellence on both strategic and tactical projects, ranging from visioning session to custom development; process reviews to technology assessments; package selection to vendor implementation. She has worked with clients such as HSBC, GMAC, Chase Home Finance, E*TRADE, Chevy Chase Bank, American General, Ocwen Financial and Freddie Mac.
